The new version of ARCHION-XML v5.0 integrates major infrastructure improvements and user interface improvements as well:
- Abrogation of Java Applet, due to newest browser security regulations
- New user friendly interface to manage attached documents (Online edit, Web Dav, OCR)
- Integration with Tesseract OCR
- Improved restful API
- Version control and user access control to attached documents
The new version is provided free of charge to all customers who are supported by a relevant maintenance contract, and wish to install the latest features of ARCHION-XML .
